About Saddlebrook

A community with room for all the things that make life yours.

Saddlebrook is a welcoming Oklahoma City community built around comfort, connection, and the freedom to spend your days well.

01 our why

A graceful shift in what home can be.

There is a particular kind of ease that comes when the everyday details are looked after. At Saddlebrook, that ease is paired with bright spaces, thoughtful design, and people who take the time to know you.

We believe support should make life feel larger, not smaller. So our community is shaped to give residents both reassurance and independence — a helpful hand when it’s needed, and plenty of room to follow your own rhythm.

Jared Brown

Health and Wellness Director

Since 2012, Jared Brown has dedicated his career to caring for others — a calling that began as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has grown into a lifelong passion for healthcare. Along the way, he broadened his skills as a CMA, EMT and Phlebotomist, always seeking new ways to serve his patients with greater knowledge and skill.

Wanting to do even more for the people in his care, Jared went on to obtain his Associates degree of Occupational Studies of Nursing, and become a Licensed Practical Nurse. He spent time working as an ICU Step-Down Nurse, where he learned to bring calm, steady care to some of the most challenging moments in a patient's life. That experience taught him the importance of not just treating symptoms, but truly caring for the whole person.

What sets Jared apart is the heart he brings to end-of-life care. With 11 years of experience in funeral service, he has walked alongside countless families during life's most tender moments, offering comfort, guidance, and grace. This experience shapes how he approaches every resident and family at Saddlebrook — with patience, warmth, and genuine understanding.

As Health and Wellness Director, Jared brings all of this — his clinical skill, his compassion, and his deep respect for life's every stage — to Saddlebrook Senior Living. His goal is simple: to make sure every resident feels seen, valued, and cared for like family.

Sebreon Carter, Dietary Manager at Saddlebrook Senior Living

Sebreon Carter

Dietary Manager

I began my career in dietary services at the age of 18, starting at the entry level and learning the importance of food service, teamwork, sanitation, and caring for others. Over the years, I gained valuable experience in different areas of dietary operations and developed a strong passion for providing safe, nutritious, and quality meals to those in my care.

What started as a job became a career that taught me responsibility, patience, leadership, and compassion. I learned that working in dietary is about much more than preparing and serving meals—it is about creating a positive dining experience and making sure every resident feels respected and cared for.

Through dedication, hard work, and years of hands-on experience, I continued to grow professionally and take on greater responsibilities. Today, I am proud to have reached the position of Dietary Manager.

Becoming a Dietary Manager represents years of commitment and growth. I am continuing to learn, strengthen my leadership skills, and work toward maintaining the highest standards of food safety, nutrition, sanitation, and resident satisfaction.

I am proud of how far I have come since I started in dietary at 18, and I look forward to continuing to grow in my career and making a positive difference in the lives of the people I serve.
